A random sequence number.

The topic this message belongs to

signature: Option<Vec<u8>>

The signature of the message if it’s signed.

key: Option<Vec<u8>>

The public key of the message if it is signed and the source PeerId cannot be inlined.

validated: bool

Flag indicating if this message has been validated by the application or not.
